The All Saints Fallen
All Saints Church in Emscote has mounted it own display for the WWI Armistice Centenary, commemorating the 45 local parishioners who died in the conflict. And the congregation has thanked Unlocking Warwick for providing most of the background material about the local men who died in the 1914-1918 war.
There is a folder with the profiles and some have been enlarged and put into the display. We are very pleased that our research team could find so much interesting information about former members of the congregation who gave their lives in The Great War.
In the Lady Chapel is a permanent Honour Board with 60 names of men who lived in the Emscote area and who died in the war. You can see more about the All Saints commemorations on this website under ‘The Town Remembers’.
