Walter Fennell (known as Bob) was born in Warwick in 1890, one of seven children born to George and Mary Elizabeth Fennell. The family lived at 6, Victoria Terrace, Humphris Street for many years. George Fennell, Walter’s father was a Drayman at a brewery in Leamington.
In 1911 Walter was working as a Baker.
