His brother Louis, aged 17, was serving as a soldier as was his brother Thomas, 20.  By that time his father, John had died leaving his mother  Mary, 65 and brothers William, 27  a gardener, and Alfred, 11, a school boy)

Percy’s brothers, Louis and Thomas, also fell
